How the organization is governed

Will to Way is a Kentucky nonprofit corporation. Its board holds responsibility for the organization's direction, its officers, and its use of charitable funds.

Susan Wimpee is the President and also serves as the corporation's registered agent. The organization has filed its Kentucky annual report every year since 2019, and its federal Form 990-N each year, keeping it active and in good standing.

Beyond the board, the Care Village runs on volunteers — the Village People — and on local businesses giving their trade. They are not officers of the corporation, but very little would happen without them.
