If we cannot help directly
We are a small organization and there are things we cannot do. When that happens we do not simply turn you away: if we are not able to help you directly, we would be honored to put you in touch with someone who can.
You do not need to explain everything, and you do not need to qualify for anything before you call.
What you will find at the Care Village
Everything at the Village is free to guests.
Mobile showers
A hot shower, privacy, and a towel — brought to where people already are, rather than asking them to travel for it.
A hot meal, shared
Sometimes a hot meal with friends is all you need to lift your spirits and restore your hope. Volunteers and guests eat together.
Haircuts and grooming
There is nothing quite like the feeling of a fresh haircut or beard trim. Grooming at the Village is free to guests.
Toiletries and clean clothes
Soap, shampoo, towels, and fresh socks and underwear, available to guests after they shower.
Fresh produce and pantry items
Guests take home fresh produce and pantry staples, gathered and coordinated by local young people.
